Assistant Professor - Painting /2D Arts
The Art & Art History Unit in the School of the Arts at the University of Nebraska at Omaha invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position to teach painting and 2D Foundations to begin August 18, 2025. We seek a candidate with a strong professional record, successful teaching experience at the university level, and a commitment to teaching undergraduates of diverse backgrounds.The successful applicant will be able to teach traditional and modern approaches to painting and should be knowledgeable about contemporary, critical and theoretical issues.
