Full-time tenure-track Assistant Professor, Critical Studies
The USC Gayle Garner Roski School of Art and Design invites applications for a full-time tenure-track appointment in Critical Studies at the assistant professor level, to start fall 2022. The ideal candidate will hold a PhD in Visual Studies, Performance Studies, Art History, or a related field, with at least two years teaching experience at the university level and a strong, emerging scholarly profile as evidenced by a growing track record of peer-reviewed publications, invited presentations, and other prominent public contributions in art and performance areas. Preference will be shown for candidates with curatorial and/or performance programming experience, as well as demonstrated interest in fostering diversity within Critical Studies curriculum.
