Adjunct Faculty in the History of Visual Communication Design
The Department of Art and Design at Montclair State University is currently seeking a highly qualified and motivated instructor to teach an undergraduate course in the history of visual communication design in the Fall of 2021 semester. Subjects include the history of print culture, development of modern advertising and brand identities, and the effect of ‘the digital turn’ on the field. Candidates will preferably have teaching experience at the college level and a doctorate or ABD in the history of design, or a related field. Course takes place on Wednesday, 10:45-1:15 (eastern).
