Tenure Track Faculty Position - Sculpture
The Department of Art in the School of Visual and Performing Arts at the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse invites applications for the position of tenure-track Assistant Professor of Sculpture to begin in August 2023. The Art Department seeks a dynamic and flexible colleague to collaborate in further developing an innovative Sculpture curriculum that expands the conceptual and technical aspects of the discipline beyond traditional conventions. The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to inclusive teaching excellence and possess the expertise to teach and work across multiple media, from traditional sculptural practices to expanded forms, which may include digital technologies, site-responsive installations, conceptual approaches, social practice, and/or performance.
