Assistant Professor of Studio Art in Painting and Drawing
The Studio Art Department at Oberlin College invites applications for a full-time tenure track faculty position in the College of Arts and Sciences in Painting and Drawing. Initial appointment to this position will be for a term of four years, beginning fall 2025, and will carry the rank of Assistant Professor. The incumbent will teach the standard teaching load (4.5 courses per year) in the areas of painting, drawing, and color theory (with an emphasis on painting), as well as shared teaching responsibilities in advanced interdisciplinary courses.
