Assistant/Associate Professor of Practice, Painting & Drawing
Position Description The Department of Art and Art History at The University of Texas at Austin seeks applications for a full-time, non-tenure track Assistant or Associate Professor of Practice in Painting & Drawing, with an anticipated start date of Fall 2023. Rank and salary commensurate with experience. Teaching will be the contractually defined primary area of focus for this position, with undergraduate courses to include three levels of drawing, life drawing, and four levels of painting. Opportunities also exist for graduate teaching. Professors of Practice officially carry a 3/3 course load plus service.
