Visiting Assistant Professor - Drawing & Painting
The Department of Art and Art History at Trinity University invites applicants for a full-time, one-year, non-renewable Visiting Assistant Professor of Drawing & Painting position, beginning August 11, 2025. We seek applicants whose expertise in painting and drawing is grounded in studio practice, scholarship, and teaching. Applicants should have an active exhibition record and fluency in drawing and painting. The successful candidate will have the ability to teach a strong foundation in perceptual, formal, and critical skills within a liberal arts context and to engage students in contemporary issues and the conceptual dimension of artmaking.
