Assistant Professor of Digital Media and Animation
General DescriptionThe Department of Communication, Media, and Design Arts (CMDA) at Pacific Lutheran University invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track position in Digital Media and Animation at the Assistant Professor level. CMDA houses programs in Design, Studio Art, Film and Media Studies, and Strategic Communication. This position will support our Design BFA and Studio Art BA, complementing existing coursework in Graphic Design, Studio Foundations/Drawing, Printmaking, Photography, Ceramics, and Painting. In addition, the position will enhance interdisciplinarity within the Department through links to the Film and Media Studies program, and it will support CMDA's collaborations across campus through the University's Innovation Studies program
