Assistant Professor-Art
The Department of Art at Colorado College invites applications for a full-time tenure-track position at the assistant professor rank, to begin in August of 2025. We are seeking an artist to teach studio-based courses with an emphasis on 3-Dimensional design. Applicants may focus on a range of fields (including but not limited to: fiber arts, ceramics, installation, furniture, and object design); those who have experience teaching and making in a liberal arts context are particularly encouraged to apply. We also welcome applications from artists who can address the relationship of hands-on making and craft media to emergent creative technologies. MFA or related degree and prior teaching experience in higher education required.The successful candidate
