Lab Technician – 3D Fabrication
The Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design (MIAD) continues to grow and seeks fulltimecandidates to join our team in the 3D production area, with a goal start date late-August 2024. This position is on-site, supports a vibrant community of makers, andis responsible for monitoring the daily use of the lab, providing training and instruction tostudents, and maintaining a safe environment. Reports to the Director of the 3D Lab.Responsibilities include, but not are limited to:1. Promote, nurture, and advance a welcoming, diverse, and inclusive educationalenvironment.2. Collaboratively work with students, faculty, staff, and peers.3. Conduct 3D Lab certifications, enforce 3D Lab safety rules and procedures andsupervise student equipmen
