Assistant Professor of Art History
JOB PURPOSE:    The University of Wyoming Department of Visual Arts welcomes applications for a full-time, benefited, tenure-track Assistant Professor of Art History, beginning August 2025. We seek a dynamic scholar-educator with a non-European research focus, preferably Indigenous Art of the Americas, and a demonstrated ability to teach Art History Survey and upper-level courses in their area of specialty. A record of active scholarship, publication, and professional development is required. The successful candidate should also have an interest and competency in teaching Early Modern Art, Museum Studies, or a second non-European area.
