Lecturer (Assistant Professor) in British Art 1700-1900
The School of Arts, Languages and Cultures at the University of Manchester invites applications for a permanent, full-time Lectureship in the History of British Art, tenable from 1st September 2024. Applications are welcome from specialists in any area of British art, particularly its global and colonial contexts, from the late seventeenth through the early twentieth century. Potential areas of expertise may include painting, prints, sculpture, architecture and urbanism, as well as visual and material culture.
