Seton Hill University invites applications for the position of Assistant/Associate Professor of Art in Painting, tenure-track, beginning in August 2024. The Full-time Faculty will teach a load of three studio courses per semester, six studio courses per year in painting and drawing, from foundational studies to advanced studios, to undergraduate students. This position is the primary professor teaching in painting and drawing, and should have a range of expertise in all the relevant materials and approaches including: traditional and non-traditional drawing materials; printmaking techniques including photo silk screen; both oil and water-based painting mediums; familiarity with digital imaging; and integration of mixed media.
