The Department of Art History and Art at Case Western Reserve University seeks to appoint a Visiting Assistant Professor to teach Museum Studies foundation courses. In particular, we seek candidates whose expertise would complement the current departmental curriculum, with special priority given to those who could teach courses in the arts of Asia, Islam, Indigenous America, or Africa and the African Diaspora. Teaching duties include two courses each semester, comprising the museum studies sequence and undergraduate and/or graduate classes in the successful applicant's area of specialization.
