Overview: Under the supervision of the Assistant Director, Member & Visitor Services, the House Manager manages all aspects of program presentation for public programs in Remis Auditorium, Alfond Auditorium, Riley Seminar Room and/or other venues. Supervises paid and volunteer staff and interns to handle ticketing and customer service at the venue. Serves as a key member of the EMS Space Management Project team, configuring systems and creating documentation for new policies and practices for space reservations and service requests. Works collaboratively with the Senior Manager, Visitor Operations to facilitate aspects of program ticketing operations.
