Director of Inclusion, Diversity, Equity & Accessibility (IDEA)
Overview: Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Director of IDEA will be responsible for leading the efforts to embed Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility into every aspect of the Museum’s operations and culture. They will serve as a strategic thought partner in the creation of initiatives to advance diversity and inclusion for all members of the MFA staff community. The Director will develop and execute plans, programs, policies and initiatives that have measurable impact on museum wide IDEA priorities and values in order to develop an internal staff culture consistent with these priorities.
