Visiting Assistant Professor of Photography
The Department of Visual Arts at Union College seeks applications for a one-year Visiting Assistant Professor of Photography, beginning September 1st, 2023. Primary responsibilities include teaching two in-person courses in each of three ten-week terms (six contact hours per week per course, six courses per year). At least one introductory course in Photography is required of Visual Arts majors. Teaching responsibilities will include introductory 35mm film developing and wet darkroom techniques (two or three courses), intermediate digital and color processes (two courses), and possibly an intermediate or advanced thematic or process-specific course, depending on the candidate's field of specialty and departmental nee
