Assistant Professor History of Latin American/Latinx/Afro-Latin Art
The Brandeis University Department of Fine Arts seeks an art historian specializing in Latin American, Latinx, or Afro-Latin art to design and teach surveys introducing students to these field as well specialized lectures and seminars in the area of the candidate’s specialty. This tenure-track assistant professor position is being offered in response to growing student interest. The position supports Fine Arts students in the art, art history, and architecture programs as well as those in the Latin American, Caribbean, and Latinx Studies programs, and African and African American Studies Department if suitable.
