Position Summary The Studio Art Technician position provides health, safety, and technical support to the School of Art & Art History (SAAH) across the areas of Ceramics, Foundations, Painting, and Printmaking. SAAH acknowledges the variety of needs being addressed and are prepared to collaborate with candidates in helping them succeed.The Studio Art Technician shall support faculty teaching and assist student learning in the following areas: 1) health and safety 2) equipment use 3) material processes. Responsible for the maintenance and repair of equipment as well as the training and oversight of Work Study students in the art mediums listed. Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment and participate in ordering and purchasing. Available to assist
