College of the Atlantic (COA) seeks a full-time faculty member in Drawing and Painting. The successful candidate will develop and teach foundational, intermediate, and advanced courses in drawing and painting, and will integrate drawing and painting into COA's interdisciplinary curriculum. In addition to teaching students pursuing an art focus within their degree in Human Ecology, the candidate should have the ability to teach students from science and humanities disciplines, as well as students at various levels within a given course. Applicants should have college-level teaching experience and professional expertise in drawing and painting. The scholarship and creative work of COA faculty take many forms.
