Career Counselor with Arts Focus (Visual, Performing, Liberal Arts)
Alfred University invites candidates to apply for the position of Career Counselor. This position will assist students and recent alumni from a wide variety of diverse backgrounds throughout all phases of the career development process from the discovery and exploration of majors and career options to assistance with the applied learning, full-time job, and/or graduate school search and application process. The successful candidate will meet with students 1:1, in group settings, and also through facilitation of classroom presentations and workshops. In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing career development programming for all students, with a specific focus on our College of Liberal Arts & Sciences, School of Art & Design, and Performing
