The School of Art in the Micky Elliott College of Fine Arts seeks a full-time, tenure-track assistant professor to teach all undergraduate and graduate levels of drawing, including beginning to advanced, figure, and related studio courses. The teaching load for studio classes is 3/3. Major responsibilities include managing the drawing studios; maintaining and updating the drawing curriculum; budget oversight; academic advising; and recruitment and committee service at the school, college, and university levels. In addition, members of the School of Art faculty pursue an active creative research/exhibition schedule.Qualified applicants must have earned the MFA by August of 2022.
