Terms and Conditions

Agreement:

The following "Terms and Conditions" may be modified by the CAA Online Career Center.

Employers will be required to agree to these terms before continuing to their online account:

  • The Company shall be responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, completeness, revision and, when the position is filled or the request withdrawn, the removal of any employment requirements that are posted in the CAA Online Career Center system.
  • The Company shall post in the CAA Online Career Center system only genuine existing employment requirements with the Company.
  • Neither CAA nor the CAA Online Career Center assume any responsibility or liability with respect to the qualifications or suitability of any person responding to any job posting by the Company or with respect to any personnel selected by the Company. The Company agrees that it, and only it, will make, and is responsible for determining the suitable of any individual for any position and that it is responsible making, any decision with respect to the selection, retention or hire of any individual. The Company shall make such decision based on such investigation, process or criteria as the Company may choose.
  • The Company agrees to hold harmless the CAA Online Career Center from any claims, damages or losses of or incurred by the Company or by any other party as a result of any use by the Company of the CAA Online Career Center system.
  • The CAA Online Career Center reserves the right to remove any job posting(s) for any reason, including the following if the Company has paid for such job posting(s) at the CAA member rate, and the Company is, at the time, not a current CAA member and the Company, having been offered the choices of enrolling as a CAA member, paying for the posting(s) at the nonmember rate, or canceling the posting(s), does not, within one business day of the receipt of such offer, agree to one of such three choices.
  • The CAA Online Career Center reserves the right to edit any job posting, but will review any such edited posting with the Company prior to publication.
  • No job posting submitted by the Company shall reflect, imply or contribute to any discriminatory actions, practices or improper bias of the Company. The CAA Online Career Center reserves the right to edit any job posting to remove any such offending language or implication.
  • The Company shall take sole responsibility to ensure that the content of its job posting(s) is true and accurate and conforms to all applicable laws, standards and regulations and the Company represents and warrants to the CAA Online Career Center that it has all necessary authorization for the placement of the entire content of its posting(s) in the CAA Online Career Center system. The CAA Online Career Center may, at its discretion, decline any job posting or discontinue further publication of any posting, at any time and for any reason, and shall not be liable in any manner as a result of such action, except to refund a prorated portion of any unused prepayment.
