The University of Missouri-Columbia has an enrollment of over 34,000 students. The campus is located in a community of more than 110,000 in mid-Missouri, a center of cultural, academic, and research activity. The Department of Art is comprised of 20 full-time art faculty, 9 adjunct faculty, 27 graduate assistants, and 275 art majors, and offers B.A, B.F.A., and M.F.A degrees in ceramics, drawing, painting, graphic design, photography, printmaking, fibers, and sculpture. Doctoral study is also available in art education through the Department of Learning, Teaching, and Curriculum.
